If it isn't then the wire coming off of that post (yellow I think) is going to have a fusible link at the starter relay on the passenger side fender. Check that. It is the one nearest you on the left hand row (row of 5 relays - 2 small and 3 large type). Also the fuse, 60 amp, is the extreme right hand side one of the first row of 6 (nearest the windscreen).
