I have attempted to do this install and am 90% there. The biggest issue is you need a Body Control Module (BCM) that contains the Parking Assist Module (PAM). On our trucks, the PAM is internal to the BCM. That being said, the challenge is programming up the new BCM as it contains the security of your keys (the PATS (Passive Anti-Theft System).

AUTOSPARK. Maybe one of the sensors is faulty. Switch the ignition on, select reverse gear, then go to the back of the car and lightly rub a finger back & forth over the face of each sensor. You should be able to feel them pulsing. The one that isn't is the one that is faulty.
The wiring is faulty. The wiring that connects the sensors to the parking sensor module can become damaged over time. This can cause the sensors to malfunction or to stop working altogether.
